How to Use MattMeUp Matte Paste
  1. Start with dry or towel-dried hair. MattMeUp works best when there is little moisture.
  2. Scoop a small amount. A fingertip-sized amount is enough to start. You can always add more.
  3. Warm it up. Rub the paste between your palms until it softens and spreads evenly.
  4. Apply from roots to ends. Work it into the hair, focusing on the roots first to build structure and thickness.
  5. Shape and define. Use your fingers for a natural, textured look or a comb for cleaner control.
  6. Adjust as needed. Add small amounts to increase hold or volume without weighing hair down.

Pro Tip - For maximum thickness and matte texture, apply to fully dry hair and lift at the roots as you style.
