Orders over £150 qualify for free shipping. Orders under £150 are charged £5.00 for small parcels or £7.00 for larger parcels.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Every order is shipped with full tracking, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery once it has been dispatched.
SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day and typically arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. Weekend delivery does not apply.
DELIVERY COORDINATION
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, delivery updates and rescheduling should be arranged directly with the courier using the tracking link sent to you by email.
